After going to several custom counter places we to went to Modern granite and had the pleasure to work with Elaine. Elaine listened! Elaine keyed in on our taste and showed us the most beautiful stone. Elaine was patient, knowledgeable and super nice. The installation team was an extension of all the professionalism we had already experienced. We had an excessively large piece of stone and they were so careful, they problem solved on site and were a great group of people. Would highly recommend!

I built with Value Master Homes Cold Lake over two years ago and I am still receiving exceptional service from them. Their warranty and service program is unmatched from any other builder that I've ever built with and their level of expertise is top notch. They have professional staff which include an interior designer, draftspersons, salespersons, estimators and field staff that are very knowledgeable. The quality of work is superb and I couldn't be happier with the entire home-building process with them.
