Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. It has been some time since we visited your hotel in Midland but our experience has always been one of comfort and relaxation. The reason we have not been able to visit recently has been because we have lost our car and cannot get there. Although we have wanted to spend some weekends at the Highland but we have found out that there is no bus service to Midland from Toronto! What a real pity. The Innes
