I rented an auger to drill holes for a swingset, but my yard is very rocky, the throttle became loose, the owner can’t and looked and explained what happened. He also came and picked it up for me, he explained was a 5 minute fix and didn’t charge extra. Was very pleasant and understanding. Very good customer service. Will go back if need any other equipment. Good job!

Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! My garden of eden reusables are even more delightful than I had hoped. After baby #2 my lady time has become excessive and unpredictable.
