I rented an auger to drill holes for a swingset, but my yard is very rocky, the throttle became loose, the owner can’t and looked and explained what happened. He also came and picked it up for me, he explained was a 5 minute fix and didn’t charge extra. Was very pleasant and understanding. Very good customer service. Will go back if need any other equipment. Good job!

My garden of eden reusables are even more delightful than I had hoped. After baby #2 my lady time has become excessive and unpredictable.
