Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

After the ice storm this past weekend we were down to 3% propane left in our tank. We called Monday, Mar. 31/25 and by 1pm Apr. 1st we had our tank filled.
They only got power on Monday at 10:30am.
We can not thank Endicott and their staff for the excellence service.
With our power still out as of Apr. 2nd we are able to keep our generator running.

Was an AMAZING experience from start to finish. My appointment was at 7:30am. Staff was already in place, smiling, professional, organized and ready to start. Hygienist, support staff and Dr. Crawford were incredible. Patient, kind, easily answered questions. Office was beautiful, bright, clean, organized and welcoming for ALL ages. I was very impressed and satisfied with the service I received both from Rashid the technologist who did my ultrasound and the Desk, Shelley. They were knowledgeable and gave me confidence that the service I was receiving was professional. The results were back to my doctor within a week.
Originally, I choice this location because it was convenient for me but I would now choice this location because of the service I received.

Ron made a great effort to rebuild my 1885 decorative chimney before the roofers came.
At the same time they rebuilt a brick wall in my yard and repointed the house! They were very nice, fun to have around, and hard working. All in all they did an exquisite job on everything they touched. I'd be happy to have them back but they did the kind of job that will last for decades.
Thanks tons Ron and to your guys as well!!! I'm happy to give you a reference if you should ever need one!

Our almost 13 year old Bichon, Samantha, was diagnosed in 2023 with cancer. Other than a lump behind her ear, it was not noticeable until end of March 2024. Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with.

Best pharmacy in town by far . All the pharmacists who work there are amazing . Nothing is a bother . Have been using them for over 15 years . The store still has that old town feeling and has lots of great gift wear . If you haven’t been in or used them to fill prescriptions then give them a try .
