I was admitted to hospital to get all of the upper teeth extracted by Dr. Jokay and admitted again a year later to get most of my bottom teeth extracted by Dr. Fenton. The professionalism began the minute I walked into their office with the receptionist who was polite, caring and knowledgeable. I used shopping cents to deliver a gift to my mother, who lives in Belleville, and I live out of town. I sent a list of what I wanted the gift to include, and Nathalie did a great job shopping, and even packaged the items up in a gift bag, with a card. My mother was extremely pleased, and they were even kind enough to cover up the price as she signed for the gift.
