The back room team of Nazima, Dylan, Nethmi and Yara have looked after me in the most professional and friendly fashion. Sebastian is an outstanding osteopathy practitioner. Brought our Daughter out for supper to celebrate her 17th Birthday. Waitress was prompt, polite, and very attentive. Our meal was delivered in excellent time. Food was cooked to perfection! Made your mouth water as the aroma's reached your nose and your meal melted in your mouth! Good size portions...very pleasing to the eye. Once we were done dinner the waitress came out singing Happy Birthday with a piece of cake for the Birthday Girl.
Would definitely recommend this restuarant to everyone and anyone who wants to enjoy a good meal at a reasonable price.

I've been coming here since 2009. I have nothing but Great Respect for All the Staff!! All the Receptionists are Amazingly Nice and Caring. Very Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time. I recommend it to Everyone I know!! Dr. Kristina McLaren is so Caring and Helpful, she goes above and beyond her duties; it shows she cares about her furry patients and their parents. The pharmacy went above & beyond for me just recently. There was a mix up for the delivery of my meds and they weren’t delivered. Spoke with the pharmacist as I was concerned as it was two fays going on three I hadn’t taken one prescription. I had no way of getting to the store beyond taking an expensive Uber. I don’t drive and I’m disabled. A very kind employee named Thelma offered her help. The pharmacist called and let me know. I am so very pleased and thankful!

My latest experience was having an implant denture made and that reinforced my opinion. The denture specialist was meticulous in the making and fittings and spared no efforts to get it right. Je tiens à féliciter le sérieux et le professionnalisme du Dr Hayek, ainsi que l'équipe aussi qui rendent le travail plus que parfait et l’expérience dentaire beaucoup plus agréable.

I preplanned my Mother's funeral and they were very helpful and showed many options. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive of anything. You are encouraged to choose what is suitable for you and your loved one.
The day of the funeral had a minor hitch due to the previous day being a holiday resulting in a slight delay in the arrival of the cards and sign in book. They were upfront about the delay and never tried to make an excuse, rather an apology was provided. .

My experience from start to finish was phenomenal at Jim Keay. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and introduced to Marc Leyton who was my sales assistant. He helped me find the perfect F-150 for me and I didn't tell him this, but I even paid less than I had budgeted for. I really felt like he was on my side in getting the best price possible from the managers. Thanks for the great service to Marc and the rest of the team at Jim Keay for making the normally stressful process so comfortable.
