I have trusted the team at Floss clinic for several years. All have been professional and very good at being on time for appointments. My latest experience was having an implant denture made and that reinforced my opinion. The denture specialist was meticulous in the making and fittings and spared no efforts to get it right. Very satisfied with this clinic.

I, go here every so often. I, enjoy there updated store, It's clean, friendly, they always have good deals. I, take the buggie on wheels around because I can't walk far, I'm glad they have them, the isles are wider then they used to be to. Its one if my favs stores in Cornwall. Always so inviting. Dr. Hares is a very skilled, kind and compassionate denturist. My Mom who is 88,has heart blockages, COPD and other health issues broke her top dentures (late on friday) into multiple pieces. We left a message and Dr. HARES called late Sunday in response to our desperate message. We were in his office at 9am monday with her denture. He was very understanding of her health issues and used all his skill to rebuild/repair them. By noon Mom was happily having lunch with her'new' denture. Amazing!

Everytime I go to the Brick I get excellent service. I had to buy a mattress for myself. I am very pleased with the product. Because they didn't tell me about the mattress and bed pick up for 40$, they came today and picked it up for free. Also, they took my old oven for 20$ even though I bought the new one from Leon's and not them. Leon's charges 30$. If you go to the Brick ask for Wanda or Gary. I get very good service from them. They are honest and not at all pushy.
