My mom passed away on July 25th 2021. Lisa and her staff were amazing, professional, compationate and very understanding. The only issue I have with Purolator is that, in my opinion, the drivers don't wait long enough after knocking or ringing the doorbell. This isn't a Purolator only issue. Canada Post and any other service seems to have the same issue. I understand the drivers can't wait around all day for slow moving people, but I have heard them, gone to the door, and watched the truck drive away. Have been very happy with politeness and friendliness of drivers and store front staff.

These people are really professional they make an accurate diagnosis, and the price is reasonable and appropriate. They do not replace things that don't need replacing and do not escalate the price, which is a favorite trick for some other mechanics to take your money. I use this shop regularly because I trust them, and definitely recommend highly.
