I have no trouble finding someone to help me when I need it and that is important. Prices are good as well. I shop at the Orillia store a lot although not so much for groceries, but pet food and household items.

THEY WERE SO CHEERFUL,RESPECTIVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A DELIVERY WE HAVE EVER HAD!! THEY HANDLED IT WITH CARE & UNPACKAGING IT & NOTICED A BLACK MARK ON THE SIDE WHICH WAS FROM THE MANUFACTURE, SO THEY TOOK A PICTURE.THE CARBOARD WASNT DAMAGED AS WE ALL CHECKED.SO HOPEFULLY SOON LEONS WILL DECIDE ON HOW THEY WILL FIX THIS MARK!GUYS DID A GREAT JOB, WELL DONE

Other companies may come in cheaper in price for their snow clearing service, but they will get you from the "back door" on the salting. You also have to ensure that the company you are dealing with are properly insured against slip & fall accidents, otherwise, you could be left holding the bag on a hefty lawsuit!
