We are not patients at Cavan but our vet was away so had to bring our dog here after another dog attacked us. After waiting untreated at Kawartha Veterinary Emergency Clinic for over six hours, we left and went to Cavan. Upon arrival, we were taken in promptly, our dog was treated and we were sent home with care instructions. The compassion and professionalism shown by Dr. Kalish was second to none. Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do.
