I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. I have been going to Jenn for over 6 months now and I am absolutely hooked on sugaring as my only form of hair removal. I find this method to be much more gentle than compared to waxing. Jenn offers a great space in her home that is comfortable, discreet and very professional. Very prompt service. The technician Todd was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Our main drain was clogged with an excessive amount of grease buildup and needed to be cleared and hydro scrubbed. It was a big job and they had all the proper equipment. They also made time to replace to faucets for me that I had supplied them with.
Both technicians wore their masks at all times and were very respectful of social distancing due to COVID.
