From Start to Finish I received better then BEST SERVICE - from help in selection to installation, everything went like clockwork. Installer was right on time, completed early and installed floor as tho he was installing in his own home. Clean up was just as good. Thank you Brendan for all the help and GREAT SERVICE. Drew and his team are amazing, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. I never know if an automotive place will try to sell me something I don’t need, but they are honest and not pushy. Would definitely recommend for all repairs/oil changes/or even to clean your engine after a rodent lived in it!

I had a ceiling fan installed in my dining room. Cameron was on time, polite, and efficient. He did the job to code complete with permits and made sure I was satisfied. I would definitely call him for any future electrical jobs.

I own a 2010 VW Jetta with a DSG transmission. It inadvertently kept changing into neutral while driving. The VW dealer said the entire DSG transmission needed replacing at a price of $7500.oo from Germany. I asked for a quote on a secondhand DSG transmission and was met with the question,
Why would you inherit someone else problem? Tom and Cam figured it out and a mechatronic unit was replaced. Tom was able to recode without exclusive VW proprietorship. Cost lower than quoted. Great service.

I took my non-functioning phone in today after spending hours trying to restore it myself. A very helpful gal worked on it while I enjoyed a coffee at Starbucks. When I went to pick up the phone, (which has worked perfectly since), she charged me nothing. So appreciative of the excellent customer service. I’ve been a long time TELUS/Koodo customer and today convinced me that I will continue being a customer. Thank you!

Possibly the best glass shop in Kelowna! My experience there was beyond exceptional.Stellar customer service and advice. Went 110% out of their way to make certain I was happy with the results and on top of that, price for the work on replacing my skylight dome was so reasonable. Will definitely make this my glass needs shop.

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!
