Excellent people to deal with. The other day in heavy fog a vehicle in front of me braked hard and came to full stop on Hwy, causing me to have to do the same. I had a crock pot full of soup which ended up ALL OVER the inside of my car. Vanessa and their crew were great to deal with and the job they did on my vehicle on such short notice was amazing! Thank you all. Highly recommend these folks!

All of images are now digital. We used Staples to scan over 2100 photos. Excellent service. They did exactly what they promised and just under the 4 weeks they guaranteed. Professional, helpful and they transfer VHS too. Most of the photos were shredded with the exception of a few that I’m mailing to family members. Very reasonably priced. In my 16 years of business as a professional organizer I could not find anyone better or cheaper for the job. And now we’ve used them for our personal photos.

Had a very excellent experience today. I went in looking for a new pillow and to browse at mattresses, and ended up buying the most comfortable mattress I've ever laid on. Have eaten brekkie here a few times and it is very good. The service is good, the meal hot, and the price is fair. Can't ask for much more than that. Nice little restaurant. The last time, I had a hamburger platter and it was awesome. They put some kind of spice in the burger meat, but it made the burger. Very nice. My significant other really enjoyed her souvlaki dinner - one of Little D's specialties. Would definitely eat here again. Recommended highly.

Susan, along with the other staff are complete sweethearts! I went for a full set and she was able to recreate a beautiful look! The male technician did a ladies polish a few stations down and they also looked incredible! She took her time and made me feel very comfortable, I have huge anxiety going to stores alone and they made me feel so welcomed. They also follow all covid protocols. I've used this shop a few times (4) and always have had great service the staff is friendly and the work of the shop is excellent. They make the process easy, there was a rental waiting or someone would take me to it and when done I just dropped the rental off in their parking lot. I'd use them again and actually will be in the near future.

Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. Thank you for making a difficult decision very easy.

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

They were extremely helpful in picking out beautiful tile over the phone during business shut downs when I couldn't get into the show room. In person they are very attentive once it's your turn, they truly focus on one person at a time. Be patient, ask and reap the rewards of excellent service and attention!
