Wonderful experience in purchasing two pairs of frames (Blake Kuwahara-Obata) and Wissing recently. Exceptional customer service from Sue, Dee, Morgan and Emily. (Hope I didn't miss anybody out). No pressure selling. Great selection of frames to choose from. Getting complements my Wissing frames all the time. Precision cut at a great price!
I now live in Vancouver but have been following Mark from White Rock to Burnaby for a great cut. I am a Japanese and have a rather coarse set of short hair. Mark is so careful and precise, I don't mind driving 40 minutes to get a great haircut @ $10 senior rate.
