Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.

We have been going to Riverside Vet Clinic for about 20 years, have watched the clinic grow and expanded and have always received the best care for our animals (rat, hedgehog, cats and dogs). The staff are genuinely care about our family pets. I always appreciate the extra time and effort put in during a crisis or to simply provide extra care and attention to a situation.

I am a retired nurse and have been under John's care for many years. He has been an integral part of my health care team. In 2006 I was out for a walk and was hit by a car. My injuries were extensive. John worked with me in a professional, knowledgable and caring manner to help me in regaining my mobility and range of motion prior to and after each surgery I required. Today I continue to see John for pain control and mobility maintenance. I highly recommend John and thank him . Candice

Absolutely can���t say enough good things about kore and the team at legacy denture clinic . They truly went above and beyond for me ! Very caring , understanding and kind . The work they do is remarkable and looks amazing and natural . 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

I have been treated so well by the dentists, hygienists and every single persons working the front desk. I have seen a few different dentist and they have all been wonderful. They are always concerned about your comfort. Absolutely everyone in this office has a smile on their face from the moment you enter till the moment you leave. They explain procedures and or options in a way that you can fully understand. I would not hesitate to recommend Riviera Dental Clinic.

My husband & I stopped in at this Kal Tire location to have a tire checked on my new vehicle before continuing home from our vacation at Paul Lake. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nick made sure that there was no damage to the tire and that the pressure was correct. We were pleasantly surprised when he said there was no cost. Wonderful way to treat customers and we would recommend this location to our family and friends should they ever need their services.
