I had a lifelong hair-pulling disorder. 18 yrs ago, after many attempts and methods to stop, I stopped for 2 yrs using hypnosis. Unfortunately, I had some dear friends die and went back to hair-pulling, but the hypnotist I worked with had retired. In 2017 I wanted to stop once and for all. I went to Julia and stopped after the 1st treatment. I was supported with audio tapes, cards as visual aids, and 2 follow-ups. 3 loved ones died since my 1st appointment, with no behaviour regression.

This is the best supplement store I have ever been to. The owner is so kind and the staff is amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable. The practitioners on site are of great help and anyone who is dealing with health and need guidance on how to be healthy should definitely see frank and Joanne. Definitely worth going to this amazing small business in sarnia. I also got an opportunity to be a part of this store and I don’t think I have enough words to showcase how grateful ??

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a LOT of beer recipes. So far, we have done 3 wines and 2 batches of beer - all were great! We haven't tried the ciders or a cooler yet but I'm sure we will when the weather warms up a bit. Awesome local business making great craft beer. Excellent value for the money.

We had a flat tire, took it to Mr. Lube + Tires at 664 Commissioner Rd E. in London, Ontario. The manager, Ken, sorted it out for us and refused to charge us, saying it was just a small job (checking the tire and re-seating it onto the rim). All in only 15 minutes. we'd recommend this Mr. Lube + Tires to anyone, unreservedly.

I hired movers for the first time to move from London to downtown Toronto and was very satisfied with my experience with SS&D. My two movers were punctual, courteous and professional. I visited for the first time on Christmas Parade night. It was packed, fortunately a couple were leaving and we got the only table. That was luck. I was amazed that we were waited on so quickly. food a wrap and fries was delicious along with s glass of white wine. A friendly environment and Staff had an amazing attitude considering it was packed. Way to go and Thankyou for being in the service industry. I will be back.
