I took my 17 " MacBook Pro to Aitan because it wouldn't accept an OS X upgrade from 10.5.8. to 10.6.3 via DVD. Aitan took care of the problem perfectly and installed the upgrade without issue. He also advised me that my DVD drive may need replacement however he advised that we take a 'wait and see' appreoach to how it works going forward. In my world, it's important to have a trusted car mechanic, a trusted barber and a trusted computer consultant. I now have the latter. Aitan works from home, keeps his costs down and does excellent work. What more could one ask for? Thanks Aitan!

We recently went on a trip to Africa and got a bunch of our supplies from MEC including mosquito nets, sleeping bags, quick dry and wicking clothes, hiking boots etc. There was a great girl working there that had just been to Africa and gave us a preview of what we could expect. Went today for a vaccination at the Fort Street Shoppers and to buy some make up. The lady at the make up counter (blonde, European I think) is brilliant. She picked out exactly the right colour lipstick and foundation for me; I only realized just what good choices when I got home. Thank you!

Dr Copeland is awesome. He has helped me almost eliminate my chronic headaches. I have suffered from daily headaches until now! I had pretty much written off chiropractors until my partner recommended Dr. Copeland. My partner had gone to see him with back problems & within 7 days he was feeling 100% better. The Inn at Laurel Pointe is spectacular to say the least. The property is located between downtown and james bay right on the waterfront. I have attended many weddings here and you really cannot beat the picturesque scenery from outside the dining hall. Watch the sunset over the mountains from your delux room while enjoying a glass of champagne. This property is definitely in my top 3 for Victoria. Whether you are a local or visiting you will not regret spending an evening here.

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.
