Haven't used a taxi in years but had to use twice today. Booked in advance. Dispatcher was nice to deal with. Drivers arrived on time. Cab was decent. Drivers were pleasant and friendly. Paid cash and got seniors discount. Overall, I am pleased with Deluxe Taxi.

Best choice by far. Some new ones that are very good and believes in the fact that it all starts with the Customer service part and the other side just works as well. Honesty is the Best Policy and if I don't think I can make it to the time that I have said I call the customer back to explain the issue and they respect me for the Honesty I believe that you have to do what is best for your business and most importantly your Customers

I have been so blessed this summer to have been able to use Al's Taxi. As you see I am a senior and I have never had my drivers license. When ever I called the company, which was often. I was always treated with respect and my needs were priority.
I was also very grateful for their driver Win! He is very polite and courteous. His car is always clean which also makes it a pleasure to use the service...above all he drives safely and adheres to the rules of the road according to the law.

On Sept 17 I left an envelope with a considerable amount of money enclosed in the back seat of the cab as I went from the Holiday Inn to Portage Inn. The cab driver found it and the cab company phoned my hotel where they had picked me up. The hotel reached me at Portage Inn to let me know the envelope had been turned in and the owner of Independent Taxi drove out to Portage Inn to deliver the envelope himself. Now that is great service! Thanks.

I have used for the first time Newmarket taxi and Limo for a ride to the airport. I booked an early pick up and the driver was there right in time and being early I was impressed when the driver softly knocked on my door caring to not wake up my family members. The car was very clean and comfortable and we made it to the airport smoothly and enjoying a good conversation with the driver. I will recommend my associates that travel frequently to use this company
