The restaurant was recommended by a foodie friend...it takes a lot for me to be impressed by a Greek restaurant as I'm Greek and I compare restaurants to my cooking and especially my mom's (nothing will beat hers) but wow, this place certainly beats mine! We stumbled upon this new pizzeria and thought we'd give it a shot. We were surprised to find out it just opened this week. I had the "European" pizza and it was so delicious! It tastes just like the authentic thin crust pizza you get in Rome. The ingredients are so fresh and high quality. We will order from them again no doubt.

I've only gone there once, but the atmosphere is fantastic, it is nicely decorated and the owner is really nice. My food rating is only 4 stars just because I havn't found my usual yet, and I havn't tried their lunch menu yet.

It was amazing to finally find real food made with fresh ingredients. The food at Pita Republic was delicious and filling. This restaurant is known for its great Salad, looks like it harvested from local farmers, and the food served hot with fresh Falafel crafted with homemade Tahini source. The shop is both clean and tidy. The staff members greeted us with smiles as warm as the food they served. I would thoroughly recommend Pita Republic to anyone who appreciates great and healthy food.

I stop here ocasionaly when I take my bike following the hydro-line bicycle path. Every time I do stop here, I don't regret it at all!! The food is great, the servers are very patient and the atmosphere has a very compfortable local feel. I suggest ordering the McWindmill when you go there.

I had shashimi dinner and my sister had Tempura dinner. We shared broiled scallop and Hawaiian roll. It was amazing, specially the tempura was really good- very crunchy.Definitely i'll visit this place again.

Faced with an 8 page menu, exhaustive in its range of enticing descriptions of Japanese and Korean food, I opted to sample the former side by having soup, salad and appetizers (3 as it turned out). I love miso soup and have had incarnations of it in many places in Canada and abroad but this broth was simply fabulous in the depth and complexity of what is often a flat, watery introduction to a meal. The poky salad (fresh tuna, julienned seaweed, etc.) was vibrant, flavourful and spicy as advertised.
I started my appetizer foray with mandu yaki (small homemade dumplings with a combo of 8 different ingredients) and tako yaki (fried minced octopus balls with a unagi and katsu sauce on the side). Can you say FABULOUS?. Having washed it all down with warm sake, I rested for a while and then tackled a tempura dish: soft shelled crab (4 pieces) with a ponzu sauce. Cheer again.
Service was attentive and friendly and relaxed especially when the young lady and John, the son of the owner realized that I wasn't in a hurry. (I was honoured with a tempura zucchini sample from the owner's garden (in the back he said when I mentioned that he had tomatoes growing in the front). This is simply wonderful food, presented with smiles and pride by people who love doing what they do.
I can't wait to return and try some deeply Korean dishes of which there is an abundance on that wide-ranging menu.

Went out tonight for our wedding anniversary and we thoroughly loved our evening. Our meal was cooked to perfection (strip loin cooked to our request of medium-well) and the quantity was just right. I am not a fan of mashed potatoes but whatever they did to these, I loved. Desserts were just the right amount as well.

WOW!!!! My party and I were impressed.
I have had the pleasure of a couple of Friday night specials and I will be back. The polenta & duck with spaghetti alla chitarra, rapini, mixed rucula salad, focaccia and desert were a dining experience on par with some of Italy's finest restaurants I've had the pleasure to enjoy. I don't usually do these reviews. I also drove from Oakville to this restaurant for take out, a lot of thai restaurants close to me are closed on Mondays. This was the best chicken pad thai I have had, I will drive here again any day of the week. Lots of chicken and really tasty!

One of the best chicken teryakkis I've ever had, fast food or otherwise. Sesame seeds + hot sauce = perfection.
Only complaints : Not enough veggies (but might be enough for some people), staff is not the friendlist (but not rude or anything), and..... it's in a mall. But you're paying $6 for lunch, what do you expect!
