They did a great job! I am new to the area and my shih tzu was in dire need of a cut. I called in the morning and they were able to get my dog in the same day! She looks amazing and even came home with two adorable bows in her hair. I will definitely be going back!

Absolutely love the pets here. I absolutely loved the bird collections they have and the customer service they offer is astounding. Shawni is a fantastic dog walker. She will treat your dog and love it as if it were her own. She is extremely trustworthy and goes above and beyond with dog safety by making sure all dogs have two safety clips for extra safety. Having a Husky herself, she is also aware of the needs of high energy dogs, and also offers dog runs.

I can't say enough great things about Christine! She has been walking my 70lb goldendoodle once a week for a couple pf months now. I can always count on her to be reliable, professional, and caring. My pup absolutely adores her and comes back happy and well-exercised every time. It's clear that Christine has a real love for dogs. Had to have an 8-year-old cat groomed for the first time in her life. The staff at Muddy Paws really know what they are doing. They made the cat feel so comfortable that she didn't get nervous at all, just sat quietly and enjoyed the pampering. All the dogs that were being picked up looked pretty happy too.

This grooming salon in Scarborough on Kennedy and ellesmere plaza is one of the nicest and best grooming places that I have ever been to im definitely switching from my previous groomers and have already booked another appointment they are really polite and made my cats feel at home and very professional I got a full service cat grooming and it included a bath and nail trim with ear cleaning I got a lion cut and he looks amazingly clean and cute I’m so happy with this service they have provided

Yesterday I had my dog groomed for the first time at this particular location as my regular groomer for over 8 years quit and I was extremely happy. My dog does not like getting groomed and Alice did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her. She is very nice and does a great job. Thanks again.
