I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Great people to work with. We’ve been with them since 1984. Two houses. And, a few appliances later.
EXCELLENT.
It took the oven 5 weeks to the day to arrive. But, that was due to border crossings and a colour choice.
The people there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. We will use them again for the next appliance.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I highly recommend York Appliance. A few months ago I took in a couple of small appliances to York. The fellow who served me (the owner I think) was so pleasant and efficient. He fixed the problem within 5 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. In future if I have any problems with an appliance I would use York as my first choice for repair work.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Unfortunately, our Unitized washer/dryer died last week. I shopped at all the big box retailers and found their delivery charges to be ridiculous and their prices to all be the same. There was also a wait of up to 6 weeks for the order to be delivered!

to my home to repair my Bosch dishwasher. After talked with them, they told me it is not my dishwashers problem and the problem is my drainage pipe. They told me how to fixed it and I did as they told me. The problem was solved and cost me zero penny.

Answered my email question within an hour. "Guesstimate" to replace dryer element was +/- $200.00. Booked a time window, was at my home right at the end of the window. Very friendly. Abbi found loose wires, no need for element. Service call was 1/2 the estimate. Running like new. Highly recommend.

Hello- I just wrote a lengthy and favourable review re my purchase of four appliances from your Vaughan location. Power break caused memo to disappear. I have no time to repeat. Basically-particular thanks to two delivery men (one was called Chris)who had to remove doors and back water line attachment of two door fridge to gain entry to my condo unit. The guy in electronics is awesome. I bought an expensive Magellan GPS backup camera and GPS, but the GPS thought it was in California. The electronics head took it outside, reprogrammed it and it worked. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.
