Partex and were hired by us to completely redesign and rebuild our main floor including our kitchen, dining room, powder room, and to transform our front entrance including a new expanded space for a hallway closet.
We are delighted with the result. Andrew was excellent to work with. He was steady and clear about explaining our various options. He was also very good at giving us cost feedback at each step of the design phase, so we knew what to expect. His sense of humour helped greatly.

I met with Royal Home Improvements In December and asked them to provide an estimate on my renovations - with a promise to complete the work by a specific date. I only had 90 days of actual construction time to complete the work, and the timelines were tight considering the work we required prior to moving into the home. Paul Napolitano and his staff did an excellent job of providing my family a fully renovated kitchen, two bathrooms, front double doors, garage doors, eaves, soffits and fencing - all delivered on time as promised! We had a great reno experience and highly recommend Royal Home Improvements!

I recently had Marko from Urbanest Construction do some repair work in our school playground. We needed our interlocking re-leveled and regraded he also did erosion control and repaired our fence. Marko was informative, friendly and quick. We have a few new projects in line for Urbanest Construction. I highly recommend this company if you want amazing work done!

TRT Contracting is the best contractor I've ever worked with in Toronto. There are people that have a hammer and tool box that call themselves contractors. Than theres Frank. The REAL DEAL. We paid a little more but it was worth every penny. No stress, solid work, reliable and truly a kind person to work with. We will never need another contractor but I biggest worry is getting him back because he is so busy and just that good.
