I had pain in front of my left shoulder, I could move my hand but was not able to play any game or doing working out like push ups and strength exercises. After just 4 session, it is healed now. Jahan really helped me and I am able to enjoy sports and workout again.

Joining Pragra family was an amazing experience for me. The main factor that drew me to the program originally was the flexibility that it had an online option to join sessions that still included the rigor and attention of a classroom atmosphere. I've been to this location of Milestone's many times, and haven't been disappointed - the service is great, the hosts are great (I've been to other locations where the staff are a bit snooty, don't know why). We enjoyed our appetizer and I had a special from their seasonal menu. The dessert (also a new item from their seasonal menu) was great. I am disappointed that they haven't brought back some of their classics, like the white chocolate brownie, as well as with their usual dessert menu, but the food is usually very good.

Greetings, I was thrilled when i walk into the store at 5985 Rodeo Dr Mississauga with a shirt that I had bought there a few weeks before which had a seam issue. Linda was great; she got me a new replacement shirt off the rack no questions asked, no receipt requested......I was on my way.
