Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. This the third time in a couple of months that Muskoka Rent-all has helped me out big time. One time on my Ariens snow blower, another time on my Honda Snowblower and now my Rapala 43 cc Blackice auger. The service counter was very helpful in all 3 occasions and would solution driven to my issues. I really appreciate it!!!

Showed up at their office 2 min before closing to see if I could pick up the delivery I’d missed earlier that day. The card said it would be avail. the following day but I thought I’d try. The guy was great about it but said the driver wasn’t back yet but was expected any time now and that if I wanted to wait in my car he’d bring it out to me when the driver came in. Sure enough, 5 min later the truck arrived and 10 min after that the parcel was brought out to my car. Excellent service !

been using that store for years. new location is great. they now have M&M meatshop products.
I m very cheap...lol. when i shop around they consistently have lower prices then everyone.. they will order any product from the website. takes a few days within a week.
I wear my mask as it is my personnal choice. some staff have them some don t I respect their choice as they respect mine.
I d rather not shop there...for personnal reasons tbh...but my cheapness outweigh my personnal feelings.

I love to shopping here , as we are locals and this store is great saving for us but today I was been treated rude by the cashier, the 12 pack of Dr Pepper with the sale tag was $2.47 but she checked in $5.47 so I pointed out she called someone bring the tag up while waiting for she said to another customer put the stuffs on the belt this lady has the issue with the rude impression, when the guy brought the tag up she said it was in the wrong place,I left it back no need to be rude

At a time when tire changeover is/was paramount, I had discovered a slow leak in one of my front tires due to having run over a nail/screw.
I called at 8 am on a Monday morning and was told I could bring it there for 11:30 am and that it would take approx 1/2 hour.
I left, with repair and payment completed, by 12:05 pm, same day.
I am/was, absolutely satisfied with the work done on site. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
