After the ice storm this past weekend we were down to 3% propane left in our tank. We called Monday, Mar. 31/25 and by 1pm Apr. 1st we had our tank filled.
They only got power on Monday at 10:30am.
We can not thank Endicott and their staff for the excellence service.
With our power still out as of Apr. 2nd we are able to keep our generator running.

Was an AMAZING experience from start to finish. My appointment was at 7:30am. Staff was already in place, smiling, professional, organized and ready to start. Hygienist, support staff and Dr. Crawford were incredible. Patient, kind, easily answered questions. Office was beautiful, bright, clean, organized and welcoming for ALL ages. Our almost 13 year old Bichon, Samantha, was diagnosed in 2023 with cancer. Other than a lump behind her ear, it was not noticeable until end of March 2024. Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with.

Restaurant had just us and another single customer, who was happy with service also. Server explained that previous staff were a disaster. Got rid of them because they were cause of bad reviews! Prices were great (comparatively speaking) and we would go back.

My experience has been that he can diagnose a problem accurately and efficiently, so you are paying for actual repair instead of the run-around that comes with inexperience, incompetence and an I-couldn't-care-less attitude.
