Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. A special thanks to Tony, Angela and Jarrod. I made an online appointment yesterday to repair a leaking tire. I received a quick response and they were able to get me in the following day. Jarrod looked after me. I was prepared to leave the vehicle, however he said I could wait and my vehicle would ready in 30 minutes. It was ready in 20 minutes! It was exceptional service and I would highly recommend Tony`s One Stop Tire on Memorial.

Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. Thank you for making a difficult decision very easy.

been using that store for years. new location is great. they now have M&M meatshop products.
I m very cheap...lol. when i shop around they consistently have lower prices then everyone.. they will order any product from the website. takes a few days within a week.
I wear my mask as it is my personnal choice. some staff have them some don t I respect their choice as they respect mine.
I d rather not shop there...for personnal reasons tbh...but my cheapness outweigh my personnal feelings.

I love to shopping here , as we are locals and this store is great saving for us but today I was been treated rude by the cashier, the 12 pack of Dr Pepper with the sale tag was $2.47 but she checked in $5.47 so I pointed out she called someone bring the tag up while waiting for she said to another customer put the stuffs on the belt this lady has the issue with the rude impression, when the guy brought the tag up she said it was in the wrong place,I left it back no need to be rude

At a time when tire changeover is/was paramount, I had discovered a slow leak in one of my front tires due to having run over a nail/screw.
I called at 8 am on a Monday morning and was told I could bring it there for 11:30 am and that it would take approx 1/2 hour.
I left, with repair and payment completed, by 12:05 pm, same day.
I am/was, absolutely satisfied with the work done on site. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
