Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. I was amazed at what they did for me. I lost my hearing aid, someone found it and gave it to them. They looked up the serial number phoned me and are mailing it to me Rhonda is terrific. Have been very happy with connect hearing. Very happy I choose them and have been with them for several years.

As a ski instructor at Blue I've had 2 accidents in four years resulting in "emergency dept" medical care. On both occasions the care and professionalism of all staff, including admin, nursing care and doctors has been totally exceptional.
My latest accident was only a cracked rib but I can attest from my more serious accident (a cervical fracture, emergency surgery and ongoing rehab) that our Health Care system is a marvelous treasure and Collingwood Hospital is a wonderful part of it.

A special thanks to Tony, Angela and Jarrod. I made an online appointment yesterday to repair a leaking tire. I received a quick response and they were able to get me in the following day. Jarrod looked after me. I was prepared to leave the vehicle, however he said I could wait and my vehicle would ready in 30 minutes. It was ready in 20 minutes! It was exceptional service and I would highly recommend Tony`s One Stop Tire on Memorial.

Susan, along with the other staff are complete sweethearts! I went for a full set and she was able to recreate a beautiful look! The male technician did a ladies polish a few stations down and they also looked incredible! She took her time and made me feel very comfortable, I have huge anxiety going to stores alone and they made me feel so welcomed. They also follow all covid protocols. Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. Thank you for making a difficult decision very easy.

I love to shopping here , as we are locals and this store is great saving for us but today I was been treated rude by the cashier, the 12 pack of Dr Pepper with the sale tag was $2.47 but she checked in $5.47 so I pointed out she called someone bring the tag up while waiting for she said to another customer put the stuffs on the belt this lady has the issue with the rude impression, when the guy brought the tag up she said it was in the wrong place,I left it back no need to be rude

Competitive prices. Safe location. Gate always locks. Cameras. Solar on the roof for a green footprint. Dan is good to work with. If there is anything to say that needs adjustment is the lot needs releveling (potholes) due to settling gravel. The beach area does that. Im sure they will get that done after the winter

At a time when tire changeover is/was paramount, I had discovered a slow leak in one of my front tires due to having run over a nail/screw.
I called at 8 am on a Monday morning and was told I could bring it there for 11:30 am and that it would take approx 1/2 hour.
I left, with repair and payment completed, by 12:05 pm, same day.
I am/was, absolutely satisfied with the work done on site. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
