I visited this pawn shop last week with a piece of jewelry that I wanted to sell . THe owner immediately told me that it was a beautiful piece and commented on how unique it was. I was pleasantly surprised by what he offered to buy it for as it was more than what I had expected. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I will definitely be going back and doing more business with him as I was impressed with the way he handled the sale.

I highly recommend Kal Tire in Courtenay. Went in to get a nail removed from a tire and repaired. They ended up repairing 3 tires at no charge. Fast and super friendly staff. Thanks again!!

Was so fortunate to get into Arbor Dental. The hygienists are so good and thorough and painless ( have had 2 visits) Dr Becir had to pull a back molar , he did it painlessly. Was so impressed. Even had a follow up call a few days later. So happy that I managed to get a thorough dentist clinic. From the front staff to hygienists and dentist was given explanation of procedures and everyone so nice. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped.
