Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Have been travelling here for Krown rust protection on two vehicles now-our local Krown isn't known for great service or work and well that last Rustcheck (local business) visit was not at all worth the headaches and staff seemed less than enthused/knowledgeable to be working in such an environment. Had heard Krown/Discount car wash In Sturgeon Falls was fantastic and really at that point what did we have to lose? Well we are not sorry we took that chance. fantastic service always!

I recently purchased blinds for my wall of windows, from Stewart's Decorating and I am extremely satisfied with the results. From my first interaction with Johanna, the Interior Consultant to the final installation with Mike, I was impressed with the professional treatment. Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

After the ice storm this past weekend we were down to 3% propane left in our tank. We called Monday, Mar. 31/25 and by 1pm Apr. 1st we had our tank filled.
They only got power on Monday at 10:30am.
We can not thank Endicott and their staff for the excellence service.
With our power still out as of Apr. 2nd we are able to keep our generator running.

Was an AMAZING experience from start to finish. My appointment was at 7:30am. Staff was already in place, smiling, professional, organized and ready to start. Hygienist, support staff and Dr. Crawford were incredible. Patient, kind, easily answered questions. Office was beautiful, bright, clean, organized and welcoming for ALL ages. Showed up at their office 2 min before closing to see if I could pick up the delivery I’d missed earlier that day. The card said it would be avail. the following day but I thought I’d try. The guy was great about it but said the driver wasn’t back yet but was expected any time now and that if I wanted to wait in my car he’d bring it out to me when the driver came in. Sure enough, 5 min later the truck arrived and 10 min after that the parcel was brought out to my car. Excellent service !

I was very happy with the level of care we received, from explaining each vaccine and why they're needed, to tick prevention options and dental care.
