Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Tim was wonderful as well. he explained everything and did a great job to repair it. I 120% recommend them.

I just wanted to thank Wayne for being an honourable Mechanic. I took my Rav4 into the shop to have the rear brakes and rotors replaced due to a scraping noise from the rear wheels when braking. I received a call from Wayne telling me the brakes were fine and the noise was from rusted brake parts due to the car sitting through the Pandemic. He cleaned the rust from the back brakes at a reasonable price. He could of just went and replaced the rotors and pads and I would of never known. Thank you

We just had luxury vinyl and carpet installed this week and the installers did an excellent job! Customer focused, pleasant and highly knowledgeable!! And our flooring looks amazing! I had a lifelong hair-pulling disorder. 18 yrs ago, after many attempts and methods to stop, I stopped for 2 yrs using hypnosis. Unfortunately, I had some dear friends die and went back to hair-pulling, but the hypnotist I worked with had retired. In 2017 I wanted to stop once and for all. I went to Julia and stopped after the 1st treatment. I was supported with audio tapes, cards as visual aids, and 2 follow-ups. 3 loved ones died since my 1st appointment, with no behaviour regression.

I highly recommend this salon! I had Aklina as my stylist and she is absolutely amazing and works so hard to create the exact look you want. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and kind. I was even asked by the manager if I wanted a coffee since I would be there for a few hours getting my hair coloured. The Cut Above has a very clean and professional environment.
