I met Dr.Fitz after being in a car accident in Nova Scotia and then moved to Alberta. Michell is the most professional and well mannered sales person I have ever met. I had been looking for something very specific and wasn’t able to find it anywhere. This strapping young man not only, located another store for me but helped me find my way there on my GPS Thingy on my cellular. Without him- I’d have been hopelessly lost. My grandfather wanted me to come along to be his interpreter in Cantonese. When I got there, the practitioner can speak Cantonese which help saves the day as my Cantonese isn't the best. She was really thorough and took the time to explain everything to my grandfather. The practitioner even did a follow up call to see if he's adjusting well to the hearing aid. We are very impressed with the service.
