Karen is a lash tech and does amazing work! MLux also has the most comfortable beds to get your lashes done on. Very impressed!

Always a great experience. The service team @ Southside Dodge always makes me feel welcome, comfortable & respected. I never feel silly for asking questions about my vehicle & I’m always given intelligent answers I understand. Some dealers make me feel dumb for asking questions & treat me like I’m an idiot for asking/not knowing. The staff @ Southside always explain things in a way I understand while making me feel respected & valued. & they are enjoyable 2 chat with while waiting. Thanks guys!!

I have every confidence in the veterinarians and staff at this facility. As well as being expert at what they do, they are kind, patient and caring. WOW, nothing but WOW, even after 20 years of being this vet hospital client, and knowing Dr Higgins for so long; I am still amazed and wowed by their service! Today, my 13 years old baby, Nina, was having seizures, and when I took her to Dr Higgins (after calling in around 1:00 pm, they took her right in), not only they took care of her immediately, Dr Higgins called me, suggesting that he will take her home tonight, to monitor her :) Great, great place!

The staff at the Bower Place Eye Center was great! needed to get an eye exam right away and they were able to get me in, do direct billing to my insurance company and have me done right away. Very convenient to have the glasses done same day as well! Great job!

The work that was done to my vehicle was done extremely well. The customer service is above and beyond. One of their employees even offered to stay late so I could pick up my vehicle after work. They even touched up a small issue (that I knew about) at no charge. I would recommend them to everyone. Stellar work and service.

My experience at Bower Eye Care has always been very professional and positive. The doctors are always on time with their appointments, they always keep a couple appointment times open for walk-ins (which is awesome if you need to get your eyes checked right away), and the doctor I saw was very informative and polite. I've been coming here for years and I've always left satisfied. I don't wear contacts, but my daughter has them and the staff are always patient and willing to make the extra effort in order to ensure you like the brand you're wearing. I recommend Bower Eye Care to anyone and everyone that needs to see an optometrist.
