MVO provides impressively professional and courteous service. Nehkole went over and beyond to accomodate me with booking an examination. Dr Natasha Wood was exceptional in her thorough examination. I am thrilled with my new contacts and glasses and her referral to an ophthalmologist resulted in required laser treatment. Ramona and Nikki are amazing opticians. Debbie is absolutely outstanding at all round assistance. Drs Michelle and Tom can only feel immense pride in their excellent staff.

I went to the store with an issue from a while ago and was thinking I'd get a credit for the alteration that was not done. They went above and beyond and gave me a full store credit !
