Electrolysis may not be the most pleasant thing to do, but at Caress Electrolysis, they make it as positive an experience as possible. The beautiful décor and spa like atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. Kathryn and her team are professional, knowledgeable and have helpful tips on making the process more comfortable. Matt’s Auto Service is the best!!! I was driving to Brockville when it started raining and my windshield wipers stopped working. It was quite scary to be on the 401 without being able to see very well! Matts took me in right away and had my wipers working within minutes after applying plenty of lubricant and using some elbow grease. It was amazing service and I was so relieved! Thank you so much!

I brought my car to Ferrante to an estimate. It was one of the coldest days of the year, but Mike examined the car and provided a fair estimate. I was strong-armed by my insurance adjuster to have the repairs done at their own service centre. I sent a cheque to Mike for his trouble, but he refused to accept any recompense.
Any future repairs will be done at Ferrante!

Peter Schafer called my while he was sitting at the airport in Calgary ( visiting family ) He walked me thru a very simple thing to get my clock back up ant ticking !

Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

Brady was for a long time Daves right hand and I have used him and appears he is keeping that spirit alive.. its a small shop so timewise its slower...but staffwise they are amazing! The reason i trust them is you go to a dealer, 3 dollar thermostat is under warrent, then come up with 500 dollars of rando stuff.. they dont do that there.. if you need a good honest machenic to trust brady is your man

Competitive Renovations Inc installed two windows for our cottage on Charleston Lake in September 2023. They did an excellent job! In the end, they also cleaned the work site and removed all the garbage. Staff were very friendly and professionally, from the owner (Cody) to the woman who answered the phone (Mandy?), to the guys on the worksite (Earl, Deric and Rob), everyone was nice and professional. The price was very reasonable. thank you! Highly recommended.
