Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

I recently had my car repaired at Maaco, and Im happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain the repair process and gave me a clear, honest estimate. The quality of work was outstanding—my car looks brand new again! They matched the paint perfectly and fixed the damage with incredible attention to detail. Plus, they completed the work ahead of schedule, which was a great surprise.

A week before our vow renewal, our planned photographer had to cancel. We called A1 Photographic Images and talked to Natalie. She was able to fit us into her schedule. We were very impressed with her and her work. We ended up with so many great photos to chose from it was difficult to decide what to order. I own a 2010 VW Jetta with a DSG transmission. It inadvertently kept changing into neutral while driving. The VW dealer said the entire DSG transmission needed replacing at a price of $7500.oo from Germany. I asked for a quote on a secondhand DSG transmission and was met with the question,
Why would you inherit someone else problem? Tom and Cam figured it out and a mechatronic unit was replaced. Tom was able to recode without exclusive VW proprietorship. Cost lower than quoted. Great service.

I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... Dr Bimal is an amazing Veterinarian. He really cares about the animals. He has a wonderful gentle approach to explaining what he is doing and why.
He was really concerned about the health of my cat when I first brought him in for a check up. Over the next few weeks he kept in contact to check up on our cats condition. Unfortunately we lost our boy that month. Dr Bimal and his team were very kind and compassionate during our difficult time before and after we said goodbye to our beloved cat.

My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.
