We first met Paul four years ago when we were trying to find a daycare facility that would take our two pups ages 9 weeks and 5 years old for a few hours while we attended the funeral of a family member in Orillia. We called on the way up from Toronto and Paul happened to be available and accommodating. He had a litter of Labs around the same age of Forest and he put Forest with his litter. We were very impressed with Paul, the facility and the care the dogs received and have been clients since.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this company.Considering the sad circumstance I was dealing with. They were all very helpful and considerate.The staff were super and unlike other companies at this sad time were not out to take advantage of me financially. Have never had the privilege of being treated by such a professional caring team as this! Having worked as a dental assistant i am fully aware of the contrast between “above and beyond excellent” care such as this in comparison to extremely “questionable care” Most people are totally unaware of what actually goes on in their mouths.. We are left to trust! I can assure you that you can put 100% trust in the treatment you will receive alongside the most conscientious, caring personal touch.
