These guys were Phenomenal...they came to our house on Wednesday last week to install our new garage door by taking down the old shelf above the garage (which took most of the day) and putting in our new garage door along with the aluminum capping, the lock in front of the door, the weather stripping etc. By watching everything all come together and the end result was just amazing. i brought my wifes glasses in for repairs ,i told the young lady they where not purchased there but she took a look anyway, she told me to come back in 30mins. when i came back she had repaired them and i was told no charge. now wasnt that nice. thank -you Mike

Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night. Not only did our pup sustain lacerations from the other dog, so did my husband. We showed up to Beatties and our pup was taken in RIGHT AWAY. I called today (Saturday) at 11:00 am to ask if I could bring my car in as my back tire was low. They told me to come in at 11:30. I did that and my tire had a nail in it and they repaired it. I was gone by 12:00. I was thoroughly impressed by the politeness of the staff. I will definitely go there again. Too bad the business name doesn't indicate they do more than just tires. I would have gone there for oil changes, too. Excellent experience and I have already recommended them.

First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.

Technician came the next day after calling in and was in uniform with a labelled truck. This is important to me as I am a young woman and was alone at the time. He was very courteous and took the time to explain what was wrong and why my dryer broke.
