My mother lives at Augustine House, and it is the best thing that happened to her, and for us. She is so well taken care of that she doesn't even want to stay with us any longer. She is totally at home in this beautiful place filled with amazing, caring and happy staff, with lovely gardens, incredible ammemities and spotless accommodations. Just wanted to publicly say thanks to Nicole and the staff at Trennant Park Pet Clinic. Our cat Lucy had been struck by a truck. The driver was kind enough to stop and care for her and track us down. She was in severe shock and needed immediate care. By the time we got to the clinic one staffer named Nicole was prepared for her and the Dr immediatley admitted her. She would require constant care and IV fluids for a number of days. Without insurance coverage we were very concerned about the costs of care. Due to her condition she could not be taken home so the staff at Trennant Park kept her hospitalized without any charge for those additional days. I was so impressed with their genuinely helpful attitude and concern for our pet that I will be using them from now on. We've been back for follow up and received the same genuine care. It's great to see that level of service. What I liked most is that everyone in the office seemed so sincere and just plain nice. Highly recommended!

Took two big dogs to the Bosley's in Trenant Park Square in Ladner today to bathe them. Was very impressed with the staff as they were extremely helpful and friendly. And, the dog washing area was clean and had everything I needed - including treats for the dogs! (One dog does NOT like getting into the bath). Highly recommend!

Very professional and thorough. A great dentist and orthodontist. All office and tech/dental support are friendly and make the experience as pleasant as possible. Very punctual and still able to fit in emergencies if necessary. They take great care of their patients.

I just had a laser treatment done on my face to get rid of small veins on my cheeks and their service was awesome. It was my first time getting the laser treatment done on the cheeks and it definitely was a great experience. I like how they explained the pros and cons and they also explained what to expect after the treatment. Most of all, i love how they don't rush and they take their time with the lasers and they actually care about their customers.
I highly recommend Segal Vein and Laser. I will be returning next month for another treatment. I look forward to it. A++++++++++
