I came on a Monday night with no reservation, but they looked after me as if i was a regular. I even asked for a special request and they just smiled and accommodated me.
You just do not expect this from a large hotel chain, but you sure get the "right at home" feeling here.

Whenever i come to Petawawa to work during the summers I always stay at this hotel.
Staff very freindly , very clean upgraded rooms and bathroom.
Great breakfaxt selection. . Roomsvery comfortable
Only problem the wireless speed is very slow and if you have your own internet stick very bad reception...not hotel's fault but the Petawawa in general

Have been enjoying the Westwinds Restaurant's food and service for over 20+ years.
Food is always great and service with a smile.
On our last visit we enjoyed the dinner buffet. The assortment was great and something for all taste buds. The dessert table was incredible wit all that you could possible wants for the sweet tooth!
I highly recommend Westwinds Restaurant - you can always count on a great meal and service!

Spent 4 nights at the Shemron Suites in mid-July 2015 and honestly couldn't have been happier with it. I had rented a one bedroom suite with kitchenette which was very reasonably priced @ just over $100 per night. Rooms were impeccably clean, the whitest sheets I've ever seen on a motel bed, bathroom and kitchenette squeaky clean. Bottom line, I'd highly recommend this hotel, good service, clean, reasonably priced....pillows were comfy too.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT WITH MY 3 YR OLD SON WE WENT AFTER WORK AT 4PM WAIT TIME WAS LESS THEN 5 MINUTES , MY SON WATCHED THE LEGO MOVIE THEY PUT ON JUST FOR HIM AS DADDY HELD HIM IN THE MASSAGE CHAIR AND AFTER HE GOT TO PICK OUT A TOY FROM THE TREASURE CHEST. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ABLE TO ANSE ALL MY QUESTIONS REGARDING INSURANCE !! IF I COULD GIVE MORE THEN 5 STARS I WOULD ..
