The clinic is beautiful and very clean! I appreciated the direct billing insurance but the main reason I recommend them is because of Dr. Chin. I always get the sense that hes looking out for my best interest and very genuine! Oh and even though its downtown there is free parking. I almost got confused the first time i was there. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away. Lire plus
