Robin S was great. She listened to our complaint of constant rising costs for unused services. She understood our customer frustration and arranged a cheaper package that offers only the channels we want. We left with a smile and gratitude. The only reason I don't add a 5th star is that the extra $12 for Internet and phone as of Sept. 1 will reduce the actual savings we enjoyed briefly. As tested loyal customers over 12 years, we would like to see a rise in rates not eat away agreed-on savings.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the service I received both from Rashid the technologist who did my ultrasound and the Desk, Shelley. They were knowledgeable and gave me confidence that the service I was receiving was professional. The results were back to my doctor within a week.

Dr Jelink and team, nurses and staff: I had a whipple operation 10yrs ago today, and want to thank each and everyone for the chance you gave me to enjoy another 10 plus yrs. I am able to get out golfing 3 times a week and during the rainy season take to my paint brushes. But most of all I enjoy my loving wife and her great meals as we still live in our home. Also, my 8 grandkids and one great grandchild keep us young at heart for sure. Words do not say how happy I am Thanks Bruce

FINALLY are restaurant in Belleville that knows food, service and ambiance. I received a gift ceritificate to this restaurant as a welcome to Belleville present and it was BY FAR the best thing given to me since my family and I relocated here. We had the best experience from entry to exit. The staff is so warm, welcoming and accommodating to our every need. They have an extensive wine selection (no other restaurant in town compares...trust me I've been to every one) I can't say enough good things about our experience here. I was very impressed. Called them at 4:50 pm on a Sunday because our garage door refused to open and the car was stuck inside. They treated the situation with the proper level of urgency and showed up promptly at 7 am the following day (they offered to come immediately but let us know that since they were already closed it would cost a lot more). He had the door open by 7:30, so I didn't have to take the bus to work.

Stayed on 7Jan2013. Great staff great room. Breakfast was perfect though I wish there could be more fresh fruit. Forgot my shaving kit but front desk had everything for me I needed complimentary. Excellent hotel in line with the holiday inn standard
