The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. This facility is very, very clean. Sure beats my family physician's office by a mile! I have used this facility 3x this year, and had good experiences all times. I did not have to wait long at all. All staff were pleasant and professional. I had an xray result come back that needed further investigation. I was called back into the office and was explained clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.

There is only one thing I dislike about this Costco. Man who manages/runs the pharmacy is rude to the front desk employees(maybe others also as I can't see their treatment). They can be run off their feet at times and it was one of those times he berated them in fromt of me being the customer. I found this to be embarassing for us both. Today was not the first time I have seen him do this. He should be talked to and if warranted employees shoold be spoken to privately.
