I highly recommend Kipps Lane Fish n Chips! I was hard pressed to find a classic fish n chip joint such as I had adored as a teen in Toronto in the mid 1970s. A true, halibut fish, hand filleted with the classic, puffed up batter and golden fries is a rare treat to still find these days especially from a family owned and operated restaurant who are so friendly and who take pride in what they serve you. Its very clean and your order is up and ready within 15 mins with a smile. Its just so YUM!

I have been using their take out/delivery service for over 10 years and I have never once had a complaint. I called once not realizing they weren't open yet and when they got in they saw my phone number on their call display and called me back to ask if I'd like to place an order - who else would take that time??!! I love the food - always fresh and steaming hot when it arrives. Always delivered under the time specified and all of the staff are extremely pleasant and friendly and very accomadating.

I order takeout from them all the time! Its always fast, hot and tons of food! Never been inside the restaurant but their takeout is always great. We ordered 2 Bento boxes and got 3 bags of food delievered!

I went to this store for a speaker on a good friday sale, despite the crowd in the tight area where all the electronics were, i asked a young man if this is where i would find product i was looking for, he said yes pointed though the crowd and then proceeded to get one for me, i could not believe what a nice gentleman he was and how nice the entire staff was considering the day they're going to have..made going there for the deal so much nicer, will start shopping there on a regular basis now

Love United Market, it offers many great products for Asians! I recently moved from Toronto to London, and have shopped around most of supermarkets in the area. Especially, there is a small section for Japanese and Korean cosmetics and groceries, such as Shiseido Anassa sunscreen, Tsubaki hair masks and other awesome products and prices are lower than Amazon. I hope they can offer Tsubaki shampoo and conditioner. Hope quality is good as I can’t see English in some products.

This vet is the best I have ever been to! He is an excellent gentle caring doctor. I have been coming here for a decade or more and have always had fantastic service, friendly caring staff and my dogs run to the door, I have never had a vet that the dogs liked to visit,lol, I guess its his liver treats he gives them. I will not ever go anywhere else!

Dr. Granite is amazing with our pets and the reception staff and vet techs have been so lovely every time we have gone to see them. Their pricing is very reasonable as veterinarians go as well. We were referred there due to an emergency with our cat and then transferred all of our animals there after our first experience. I would highly recommend them.

We were told by another store the shifter could not be fixed on our older bike (old but expensive back in the day) therefore the bike was junk. After her treatment, she was so happy that Dr.W made her smile beautiful “ I can show everyone my beautiful teeth now mommy” and she also indicated that she was not scared of the dentist anymore.
