THEY WERE EXCELLENT WITH MY 3 YR OLD SON WE WENT AFTER WORK AT 4PM WAIT TIME WAS LESS THEN 5 MINUTES , MY SON WATCHED THE LEGO MOVIE THEY PUT ON JUST FOR HIM AS DADDY HELD HIM IN THE MASSAGE CHAIR AND AFTER HE GOT TO PICK OUT A TOY FROM THE TREASURE CHEST. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ABLE TO ANSE ALL MY QUESTIONS REGARDING INSURANCE !! IF I COULD GIVE MORE THEN 5 STARS I WOULD .. Have been travelling here for Krown rust protection on two vehicles now-our local Krown isn't known for great service or work and well that last Rustcheck (local business) visit was not at all worth the headaches and staff seemed less than enthused/knowledgeable to be working in such an environment. Had heard Krown/Discount car wash In Sturgeon Falls was fantastic and really at that point what did we have to lose? Well we are not sorry we took that chance. fantastic service always!

Saturday morning just before closing on our way home from hunting we need a tire and they look after us like royalty, get us back on the road and the price was more than fair. The young lads in the shop were awesome...even saw smiles. If I didn't live 5 hours away they would have all my tire work.

Bonjour, nous avons dû arrêter d'urgence chez North Bay Toyota Scion, car nous avions un problème avec le hayon arrière qui ne fermait plus sur notre Rav 4. I love his little oasis outside! You are greeted with serenity as soon as you arrive.

They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!

I was shopping at your store on Sunday December 13th and would like to share this positive story of a cashier with you. I cashed out at 1025am in checkout #1, (slip #22600) the cashier was very courteous as they always are there. I took my groceries to my vehicle to load, I had alot so between 5-8 min had passed. Then my cashier came running out with my turnip that had got caught up in the conveyor belt. Great work ethics and she went beyond what was required, -3 and no coat too, thanks.
