Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

This the third time in a couple of months that Muskoka Rent-all has helped me out big time. One time on my Ariens snow blower, another time on my Honda Snowblower and now my Rapala 43 cc Blackice auger. The service counter was very helpful in all 3 occasions and would solution driven to my issues. I really appreciate it!!!

Excellent service! From start to finish, I was greeted and treated with respect and the knowledge of the staff. Showed up at their office 2 min before closing to see if I could pick up the delivery I’d missed earlier that day. The card said it would be avail. the following day but I thought I’d try. The guy was great about it but said the driver wasn’t back yet but was expected any time now and that if I wanted to wait in my car he’d bring it out to me when the driver came in. Sure enough, 5 min later the truck arrived and 10 min after that the parcel was brought out to my car. Excellent service !

My experience was beneficial. Mr. Alexander was exceptionally proactive which gave me the high ground for my situation. The entire office is exceptionally included and they never appear to quit working. All messages and telephone calls were constantly replied in an auspicious way. They are effective, responsive and highly educated. I would not waiver to suggest any individual who needed the best representation they could get.

been using that store for years. new location is great. they now have M&M meatshop products.
I m very cheap...lol. when i shop around they consistently have lower prices then everyone.. they will order any product from the website. takes a few days within a week.
I wear my mask as it is my personnal choice. some staff have them some don t I respect their choice as they respect mine.
I d rather not shop there...for personnal reasons tbh...but my cheapness outweigh my personnal feelings.

An amazing facility! Every single feature has been thought through to make it the safest and most comfortable for pet. The staff is super friendly and get to know you and your pets so well.
Their groomer has done great work on my 2 goldens, giving me exactly what I want and even pointing out skin concerns.
