Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. Since needing a lower partial and new upper denture, I needed to find myself a good denturist in the Maple Ridge area. And that I did. I can not say enough about the Maple Ridge Denture Clinic. Lino (my denturist)and Faye (the receptionist) went above and beyond in customer service making my visits and experience at the clinic the best it was. Teresa is truly one of a kind. I have been seeing Teresa for over a year now, taken a few of her classes and she has helped me learn how to help myself. She has helped me learn how to not take the weight of the world on, how to set healthy boundaries, and how to prioritize taking time for myself. Now these all seem like easy things, but they are not. I started working with Crystal years ago and was in the best shape of my life. After having my first baby, I decided I needed to lose the baby pounds and get in shape again. I knew I would need to go back to what works for me, Crystal's boot camps. I was able to lose 40lbs with her help and become stronger than I had been in a few years. Crystal is a great trainer and keeps her classes enjoyable. I would recommend her classes to anyone, at any age, at any fitness level.

Thanks for removing a sticky car dealership decal off our newly purchased 2022 pick up truck. You stated there was no charge for the heat gun application that took mere seconds to remove the item, and to show mutual deserved respect, I came back with one dozen donuts. I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.
