An amazing facility! Every single feature has been thought through to make it the safest and most comfortable for pet. The staff is super friendly and get to know you and your pets so well.
Their groomer has done great work on my 2 goldens, giving me exactly what I want and even pointing out skin concerns.
I would definitely recommend Pawz for anyone looking to have their pet taken care of in a loving, caring and knowledgeable facility.

My experience was beneficial. Mr. Alexander was exceptionally proactive which gave me the high ground for my situation. The entire office is exceptionally included and they never appear to quit working. All messages and telephone calls were constantly replied in an auspicious way. They are effective, responsive and highly educated. I would not waiver to suggest any individual who needed the best representation they could get.

I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. Stopped in today for the first time with a Jeep I hadn't purchased there to get a quote for some repair work after someone sideswiped my vehicle last week-end. Paul had it taken in, washed off, compounded, buffed and touch ups done to make it look like new, all at no cost. I'll be going back to see them for service in the future.
