Gavin and Tom are great guys. Super hard working and funny. The tree I had taken down was in a tricky spot. My aboveground pool, my neighbours aboveground pool, and two fences surrounded the tree. Very little room to move around let alone take down a whole tree without damaging anything. Gavin was so calm and cool about the whole thing and put me at ease. He was able to take down the tree with precision. He calculated every cut and rigged all branches that would land in a pool or on a fence.

I visit the Undermount all the time. The atmosphere is great for people-watching and the patio in the summer is perfect. The food is fantastic, too!

Masih at Universal Barber and Beauty is great. He is an excellent barber who knows what he is doing and takes a lot of care when cutting my hair. I have been going to his salon to get my hair cut for last 6 months and he never disappoints. He is a good listener and follows my preference/suggestions every time. Excellent Service!! I had required a repair on my lower partial which no one else seemed to be able to repair. I came across DiNardo Denure Clinic in Hamilton online and thought I would try them. My partial was repaired in about 15 minutes while I waited. Fast, Courteous and Efficient!!

The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.
