Used their services for a small printing work for the first time yesterday. The phone quote was competitive. I could upload the word file easily on their website after hours. Email confirmation with order number was almost instant. I received job complete and ready for pick up email early morning today 4 hours before promised time. I have been coming to The HOUSE of MANN for close to 10 years, I drive from Lakeshore Rd E & Cawthra Rd in Mississauga just to get there. The Ambiance is incredible it is quaint, charming and it is like being home with family, they always make you feel special. I find the quality and service, not like other large franchise where you are just a number "next". It is like that TV show Cheers where everyone knows your name and all are welcome. I will continue to be a satisfied customer, my friend drives from Aurora to get there regularly just ask for Manny he is incredible and cares about you and he takes time to explain exactly they are going to do and why.
